As the canyons between skyscrapers turn orange, we spread blue picnic sheets across the lawns of Shinjuku Central Park. Welcome to a golden-hour picnic where locals and travelers from around the world can meet, shoulders relaxed and unguarded.
Mix English and Japanese, or speak however feels natural — it's all welcome. So no one has to worry about "what to talk about," we'll have conversation topic cards and games on hand. As you laugh together over a drink, the sky deepens to indigo and the city lights begin to flicker on, one by one.
Bringing your own bento or drinks to share is warmly welcomed — but coming empty-handed is perfectly fine too. Includes an onigiri set and tea.
